Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Alpha Profit AI ("the app", "we", "our"). By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Alpha Profit AI is an AI-powered trading analysis tool that provides market signals, technical analysis insights, and risk management suggestions. The app is an informational tool only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, hold assets, or act as a broker, financial advisor, or investment platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Alpha Profit AI. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
- Use automated systems or bots to access the app beyond normal usage
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the analysis results commercially
5. Not Financial Advice
The analysis, signals, and recommendations provided by Alpha Profit AI do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. All information is generated by AI models and technical indicators, and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
- Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss
- Past analysis results do not guarantee future performance
- AI-generated signals may be inaccurate or delayed
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions
- You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
6. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times without interruption
- Analysis results will be accurate, complete, or timely
- Market data will be real-time or error-free
- Following signals will result in profitable trades
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Profit AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of the app.
You use the app at your own risk. Any trading decisions you make based on information from the app are solely your responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by Alpha Profit AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Google, Apple, Binance, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
