Alpha Profit AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you sign in using Google or Apple, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Profile picture (if provided by the sign-in provider)
- A unique identifier from your sign-in provider
User-Provided Data. Information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Onboarding survey responses (trading experience, preferences)
- Trading strategy configurations (entry rules, risk settings, filters)
- Analysis requests (asset symbols, timeframes)
- Notification preferences
Automatically Collected Data. We may collect:
- Device type and operating system version
- App usage analytics (screens viewed, features used)
- Crash reports and performance data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize the AI analysis service
- Generate trading signals and insights based on your strategies
- Send notifications about analysis results (when enabled)
- Improve the app's features and performance
- Communicate service updates or changes
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled, meaning you can only access your own data. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We do not store passwords; authentication is handled by Google and Apple sign-in providers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Authentication and data storage
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — Account authentication
- Binance API — Market data (prices, charts). No user data is sent to Binance.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI analysis generation. Analysis requests may include asset and strategy data but never personal information.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notifications delivery
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only:
- With service providers necessary to operate the app (listed above)
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect the rights and safety of our users
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Upon deletion, all your data (profile, strategies, analyses, preferences) will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of push notifications at any time
- Export your data
8. Children's Privacy
Alpha Profit AI is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
